Tariro Chikuku

Tariro has 9 years of US partnership and corporate tax experience and is a corporate tax compliance and advisory practice manager. Prior to joining USTAXFS, Tariro was employed by KPMG in Guernsey and EY Frank Hirth in London.

Tariro’s current responsibilities include the provision of US tax compliance and advisory services for alternative investment fund clients.  Tariro advises on a wide range of partnership and corporate international tax issues including private equity reporting, check-the-box elections and other tax structuring considerations, and PFIC analysis and reporting concerning fund holdings. Tariro also provides tax advisory services involving US activities such as the review of permanent establishment and US trade or business rules for foreign entities with US activities.

Tariro holds a BSc in Accounting and Finance (1^st class) from the University of Plymouth. He is an IRS Enrolled Agent and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW).
