Johana is a dual US-UK qualified Tax Manager in the Private Client Group at USTAXFS. She started her career in US taxes in Argentina focussing on Global Mobility compliance.
After five years Johana moved to the UK, where she continued her career assisting clients with US and UK personal and corporate issues. Johana’s clients possess US and UK tax complexities of individuals having an interest in a business — particularly, where a US person holds an interest in a non-US business.
Johana holds a BSc in Accounting from the National University of San Juan in Argentina. She is an IRS Enrolled Agent (EA) and an active member of the Association of Taxation Technicians (ATT).
