George is a CPA and Senior US Tax Manager in our Corporate Tax Group. George brings over a decade of experience working with alternative investment funds, particularly with hedge, private equity, venture capital, and credit funds.
George is experienced in delivering multiple concurrent US tax reporting engagements for fund clients. George also provides US tax advice and analysis on fund structures throughout the fund lifecycle, from fund establishment to investment acquisitions, to exits and winding down.
He holds a BS in Business Administration/Accounting from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, CA.
