View Role

Early Career Opportunities

As part of our commitment to invest in young talent, throughout Spring 2025 we will recruit two Tax Associates seeking their first professional role within the sector. You will receive support to gain Enrolled Agent qualifications during the first 12 months of your employment and to complete the Association of Taxation Technicians qualification within the following 18 months. There would be regular progress reviews throughout the program, in line with existing processes, and this may lead to career progression as a Senior Tax Associate upon completion of 24 months in the program.

The Role

As a US/UK Tax Associate within the Private Client Group in London, you will receive on-the-job training and support to gain relevant professional qualifications while assisting in the delivery of US and US/UK tax services for clients with complex, multi-jurisdictional and trust considerations. You will prepare calculations, gather data, learn technical solutions, and support client correspondence and filings. You will also develop research and advisory skills, use software to manage time and budgets, and join client meetings and industry events. A hybrid working model includes time in our centrally located London office.

Eligibility

The Early Careers program is open to those new to the profession – primarily recent graduates, ideally with an accounting or business background, and up to six months of professional experience. We value cultural fit and alignment with our core values, including client focus, technical excellence, teamwork, and integrity. Our selection process evaluates key skills such as communication, collaboration, and a growth mindset as we are looking for more than mere accademic performance. Please see the detailed job description below for full eligibility criteria, competencies, and the qualities we are looking for.

How To Apply

To apply, please submit your CV and a cover letter by 1 June 2025. We are keen to learn more about you and your reasons for wanting to join the program. Assessments will take place in the second half of June and will include technical role assessments and behavioural interviews to explore your approach to tasks and collaboration. You will also be invited to our London office to meet potential colleagues and experience the working environment. The program is set to begin on 1 August 2025.

Our Vision: To Be The Best Boutique Tax Accounting Firm in the UK and Europe.

This vision shapes all of our decisions – achieving it will only be possible by recognising the contribution that you, both individually and collectively, make to our business.
