Our Private Client Group offers US, UK and US/UK tax services for clients with multi-jurisdictional and trust considerations. We are an ambitious team that supports our people in their professional and personal development. Our approach to leadership ensures all team members, regardless of level, can have a direct impact on all areas of the team from being involved in strategic discussions to engaging directly with clients. Highlights of the CTG
Thanks to the specialism of the Corporate Tax Group, USTAXFS handles all US tax matters for investment funds, corporations and entrepreneurs seeking US expansion. In particular, the team has been growing exponentially thanks to our unique expertise in the Private Equity, Venture Capital and Real Estate funds space where we do the US reporting for UK, European and UAE funds. Team members at all levels are invested in working with our corporate clients. They are encouraged to brainstorm solutions, which we try to implement, to create service proposals, liaise with clients and learn through first-hand experience to promote world-class client service, technical excellence and personal development through doing and observing senior leadership.
Highlights of the Support team
The USTAXFS Support Team comprises a wide range of skills, from HR to IT, Marketing to Finance and Operations, all playing a vital role in the quality and efficiency of the client services we provide. Highly valued within the firm, the Support Team provides our client-facing colleagues with fundamental assistance and expertise. While there are many roles within this Team, working together and communicating well is key.
