JUNIOR ADMIN (Part Time)
Duties
- Administrative Support: Assist with database cleansing, HR tasks, and other ad hoc administrative duties as required.
- Facilities Management: Ensure meeting rooms, kitchen, toilets, and shared spaces are clean and well-maintained. This includes setting up rooms and ensuring branded water bottles (still and sparkling) are available. Ensuring supplies are maintained. Liaise with the landlord regarding building maintenance.
- Room Set-ups: Prepare rooms for meetings and events, ensuring all necessary equipment and supplies are in place.
- Post (as and when required)
- Reception Cover (Wednesdays): Manage the reception area, greet visitors, handle incoming calls, and manage the reception calendar. Help declutter the reception calendar, ensuring it is organised and easy to follow as the company grows.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role is a plus, but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Right to work in the UK (no sponsorship available)
